Please bear in mind that Meanwood Festival is not one large event; it is a series of events held over a few days at various venues to celebrate the extraordinary talent across the Meanwood Valley. As such, we do not need offers from stalls, vendors etc. (The Big Meanwood Festival Community Day and Meanwood Market will be in co-ordination with Meanwood Market and any stall enquires should be made directly to them)

For Saturday 19/7 we are predestining the section of Green Road next to Waitrose for the Meanwood Festival Community Day for the community, with Free Street Games and Children's' refreshments with InterAct, Community Stalls such as Meanwood Water Tasters and Edible Meanwood, food and baked goods, handmade goods, and Live music by the North Leeds Community Choir and Leeds Project Big Band
(Please note that parking around the precinct and Church Lane and Avenue should only be used by residents of those streets and parking in Waitrose is for customers only!)
Ichiban Leeds Dojo, Taster Sessions, @Ichiban Leeds Dojo
Please join us to try out these martial arts and see our facilities. The dojo (our training area) is viewable from a seated area for those who would prefer to watch. Please bring a water bottle and wear clothes suitable for exercise. All classes over this weekend are open to both children and adults. After each class the coaches will be available to discuss any questions you may have. We look forward to meeting you!

Join us for a walk at On Sunday morning at 11:30am from Meanwood Precinct To Meanwood Valley Urban Farm Acoustic Afternoon!
Where people can grab a coffee, lunch from the Barn Cafe, listen to good music, see the animals or sit in a quiet spot and watch the world go by!
We will decide on the route when we know the general group ability and preference as there are options. Each route is mostly walking in green space.
Depending on the route and walking ability, the walk will take 40 minutes to 1 hour!
