Make bird feeders for your garden. In this half day class, you’ll learn to make two styles of willow bird feeders. Make as many of each as you like.
This is a beginner level course and no previous weaving experience is required. You will need good manual dexterity. Tools and materials will be provided. Light refreshments will be provided. The venue has free parking and disabled access. Please remember to bring a mug, face covering and hand sanitizer. Please note: This event is not suitable for children.

Free event at Holy Trinity Community Hall. Treat yourself to a bit of relaxation and ‘you time’ with one of our calming & relaxing Reiki sessions or a 30 minute back, neck & shoulder massage. We are also offering file and polish for nails and a tombola.
There will be refreshments and cake available on the day. This is a drop in event open to all, booking is not essential but is recommended. Event run by Angels & Stars, a non profit support service who support families after stillbirth.

Meanwood Edition Pub Quiz

Head to East of Arcadia for their ever popular Pub Quiz night- with a Meanwood themed twist in honour of The Meanwood Festival.
Test your local knowledge and help them raise some funds for ‘Lemonade’, a Charity whose purpose is to educate women on the symptoms of ovarian cancer, and help those who have been diagnosed with terminal ovarian cancer to make memories and fulfil their bucket list wishes.
This is a free event but donations to Lemonade are encouraged. No booking required.

This is a free concert but there will be collection buckets for Wheatfields Hospice/Sue Ryder.
The band will play popular jazz and blues style music. Abtuse is a Leeds based sextet, with a vocalist that plays jazz and blues, from upbeat numbers to slow easy melodies. They have played around Leeds and the Yorkshire region for a decade or more , at nightclubs, pubs/ bars, restaurants and all the main jazz and blues venues. They are playing at the festival to help raise funds for Sue Ryder/Wheatfields Hospice and for the simple joy of playing together.
